Scottsdale hotel for the Halloween event Nov 1-4th on August 8th.
At
check in at the hotel we were told the hotel had not received the
payment from Plush and were handed a note from Plush organizer, saying
we will receive a refund from Plush for the 4 nights.
Our messages, text, phone calls and emails to Plush were unanswered.
We are demanding a full refund of $1091.40 by April 19th.
My friend attorney will file a small claims action if our refund is not issued by April 19, 2019.
In
the mean time I will continue to warn others not to prepay for any
hotels through Plush organization as their money may be stolen like ours
was. less

He has taken thousands of dollars from pre-pays and then changes the contract with the hotel of the event to force you to pay upon checking out. The hotel claims that you will receive a refund from Plush but it never comes. BEWARE of this scam by Plush. It has happened to numerous people on different occasions.
