    My husband and I paid Plush for couples ticket and 4 nights at the
    Scottsdale hotel for the Halloween event Nov 1-4th on August 8th.

    At
    check in at the hotel we were told the hotel had not received the
    payment from Plush and were handed a note from Plush organizer, saying
    we will receive a refund from Plush for the 4 nights.

    Our messages, text, phone calls and emails to Plush were unanswered.

    We are demanding a full refund of $1091.40 by April 19th.

    My friend attorney will file a small claims action if our refund is not issued by April 19, 2019.

    In
    the mean time I will continue to warn others not to prepay for any
    hotels through Plush organization as their money may be stolen like ours
    was.
